Children who are sexually abused are confused, scared and hurt. To make matters worse, once they find the courage to reveal the abuse, they’re often unable to get adults to believe them - especially if their abuser is a relative or close friend of the family. This program helps youngsters understand that it’s wrong to be touched in ways that make them uncomfortable. They’re taught the difference between good and bad secrets and learn it’s important to tell others of their confusion, fear and hurt even when their abusers insist their “games” are special secrets. Produced by J. Gary Mitchell Film Company. An MTI release.
