Description
Space explorer Zork becomes curious when he sees some children who look unhappy. “Why do Earth people get upset?” Zork wonders. He learns that sometimes it’s because of stress, which is what people call the bad feelings they get when they have problems they think are serious. Zork reviews several examples of problems that cause stress for both children and adults, then examines how stress causes changes inside the body. By following along with Zork, young viewers discover several ways in which they can get rid of their own stress.
