Not Without Sight defines the major types of severe visual impairment and shows their causes (using animation) and how those with severe impairments can, and do, function. Not Without Sight depicts the vision of those with impairments as they see the world. Illustrated are the three main types of visual impairments: obscured vision overall, obscured vision around the edges or in parts of the visual field, and obscured vision in the center of the visual field.
