Our Wonderful Body: How We Keep Fit

As space explorer Zork discovers after watching some tired and out of shape youngsters playing, for human bodies to work most efficiently they need regular exercise. Exercise includes many of the things we do for fun, and it helps improve posture and make the heart and lungs work better. But as he also discovers, people need more than exercise to become physically fit: they need to eat nutritious foods, get plenty of sleep and avoid harmful substances.
