- Additional information
When space explorer Zork becomes curious about why Earth people get sick, he learns it’s because of germs — very, very tiny creatures that can get inside the human body. “But then, why aren’t Earth people sick all the time?” he wonders. His question is answered when he sees how the body is able to keep most germs out and how it can destroy germs that do get in. Sometimes, though, a few germs stay alive long enough to start multiplying very rapidly. That causes an infection, which makes people sick.
